I am 16 years old and am looking at a 1994 F250 with 128,000 miles for sale
and am thinking about buying it. The only problem is that it is 2WD, I was
just wondering if the truck would have rear or front wheel drive? I live in

'01 Ranger needs slave cyl.28 Apr 2008 22:52 GMT6
I was just informed that my '01 3.0 5 speed Ranger needs a new slave
cylinder and in order to do so, the tranny has to come out so they
suggested a new clutch that that time. I have 62K on it, so if they
are going to take it out might as well replace it. The quote on the
yellow seat connector on 97-03 F15028 Apr 2008 18:36 GMT2
After I swapped bench for bucket seats on my F150, the yellow connector
wire was too short to hook up. As a mechanic explained to me, it is for
a pyrotechnic device that takes out slack on the seatbelts during
impact. Not having the wire connected makes the "check airbag" light

Intermittent vibration21 Apr 2008 00:09 GMT9
Not sure how best to describe this.   I have a 2001 F150 with less than 70K
on it, runs fine mostly.  For the past few months while driving at speed,
say 60 or so, it will start vibrating as if it's running on something less
than 6 cylinders.  I can see the steering wheel shaking ...

ABS On17 Apr 2008 23:15 GMT8
I've recently swapped out some 05 Lariat wheels for my 99 XLT wheels. Since
then I've noticed that the ABS light has come on. Just the same it might
have been on before then but just didn't notice. The tires are LT285/70R17
making them about 5 % larger in circumference than stock ...
Bronco ll power steering box (1984)17 Apr 2008 16:47 GMT2
A few years ago I replaced the steering box with NAPA rebuilt unit.
It fixed the leak but the new box has too much play for comfortable
driving.  I was in the middle of a move and couldn't get another
installed in the warranty period.  Are there any adjustments available
95 ESCORT AUTO TRANS NOT PUMPING FLUID TO COOLER LINES...15 Apr 2008 21:47 GMT3
Instead of dropping the pan, I disconnect the cooling hose to the
radiator and pump out 3-4 quarts of dirty fluid.  This has worked fine
on all my cars.  Now, with a car I just bought, no fluid is pumping
out to the radiator.  I did drop the pan and change the filter.  The
'03 explorer heated seat won't shut off; disable pretensioners to     troubleshoot?15 Apr 2008 13:40 GMT3
Driver side seat heater on all the time, momentary switch on seat just
turns off the indicator as long as I hold it in.  Supposed 10 minute
timer doesn't shut it down.  Passenger side is fine.
Before checking to see if the seat-mounted switch is really momentary

sugestions as to where the leak might be comming from.
License Plate Bracket Fasteners11 Apr 2008 02:33 GMT2
I broke the front license brake bracket off of my '97 Ranger this
winter by driving into a snow bank.  I purchased a new bracket on the
Web.  The fasteners left in the bumper are not conventional screws,
but appear to be something like rivets.  There is no conventioal slot
