2008 Ranger 4 L 6 RPM range02 Dec 2008 13:21 GMT3
I bought an end of the year 2008 with the SOHC 4 L engine.  The specs
I see are:
    4.0L SOHC V6 Engine
Includes 12 valve 4.0L V6 gas engine with 207 hp @ 5250 rpm and 238

I recently acquired a 2002 F150 with the 4.6L Triton.  Sounds like it
has valve/lifter problems.  I got it CHEAP....
I was curious, what is your preferred manual?  Shop manual from Ford?
I saw a software one on E-Bay ffrom AA1Car, anyone have any feedback

My son's got a '99 Ranger that needs shocks and by virtue of the
mileage, a timing belt.  2.5 4cyl, regular cab, 2WD.  No off road.
No lift kit.
