I have a 93 F350 351M it was a roofing truck in NY, and has the
reading tool boxes, ladder rack etc.
The odo says it has about 209,000 miles
aside from cosmetic damage from salty roads

The radiator on my '87 E-150 w/302 has what looks like lime deposits
around the mouths of the tubes that are visible, and the engine runs hot
when I go over 60. What can I use to dissolve these deposits? Looking
for something stronger than off-the shelf cleaners, and plan to pull ...

             I have an old 85 Chevy Caprice right now, and am thinking of
getting a newer Caprice, or a 1992 and newer Crown Vic.
             The Caprice was reliable, but is leaking too much from too many
places with 361K on her. Lots of bucks to six the leaks.  

As I was driving my '84 F-150 today, I put on the brakes and the pedal
went almost all the way to the floor.  After pumping the pedal a
couple of times, it returned to normal.  I pulled off the road and

About the only complaint I've had since I bought my T-Bird new in 97 is
the dang trunk lid.  On the slightest incline it won't stay up.  Can't
see any way to adjust the spring tension.  Any ideas out there? TIA,

Oh wise gurus, here I bring before you another problem (seems to be an
annual event):
Twice in the past two weeks, I have not been able to start my car...when I
turn the key, there is no response, no lights, nothing!  All my radio

no problem till my check engine light came on again took it back to the shop
he said that the no. 4 plug had fouled out. He replaced it and about a week
later it rained, my check engine light came on again. ...

  People that ride in the back seat complain about the unconfortable
bumpy ride. They feel every bump in the road. I replaced the shocks but
there has been no improvement. Can anyone help me on this?

Intermittently goes forward at idle or slightly faster engine speed, as if
the torque converter only working some of the time.  In reverse, seems to
work fine.

I have a 1988 Escort with 1.9L engine and a dead three-speed automatic
transmission.  Can anyone tell me if a F4EAT automatic transmission from a
1.9L 1996 Escort will attach and work properly on the '88?  Thanks!

I'm changing the brakes and don't know what the tool is called to push in
the piston. Is it a caliper adjuster or something? About how much do they
cost?

93 Ranger 4 cyl 2wd auto.  Truck did not have a factory radio so no
antenna, although the cutout for it is there.  Can't see how to snake
antenna wire inside.  Local dealership thinks the fender has to be
removed.
