My '83 grand marquis sedan has had a spring sag for a while, left side is noticably further down than the right of the car. Also, the back hangs down more than the front. I've thought about replacing the springs. Does anyone know of any particularly good brands/types of springs ...

Is it possible that getting rear-ended can damage the transmission? 94 Mercury Sable, wagon. The car got rear-ended at a stop sign, enough to bend the bumper. About a week or two later the transmission refused to shift above 2nd gear.

I have a 1996 Ford Windstar that is having speedometer problems. The speedo head jumps at all speeds and does not register correctly. I have put a different cluster in the dash. I have bought both speedo cables and the Variable Speed Sensor new and see no difference. What

I am working on my mother in laws 96 windstar. Its shifting erratically and the codes were scanned and returned VSS signal problem. The VSS was changed (not by me) and there was no change. I have heard discussion about the plug having a problem.

Any one had this problem? The car runs great,most all of the time. Once every two weeks,the engine will not start after shutting down for a short time and restarting it.( like going into a store and coming back out).after about 10 to 15 times it will restart and run fine???????? any ...
