My daughter's Ford Probe: 1996. About 140K,  2.0 liter, 4 cyl, automatic.  All
this shouldn't really matter. I think this "check engine" code is standard for
any Ford. The counter person at Advance Auto read it for free but he was
mystified by what it meant.

I checked some other previous postings, but couldn't figure out yet.
Sable 93. The Speedometer was intermittently working, but in the past
few months it completely stopped. (Now it always shows zero mph. When
it worked, it was correct). The speedometer is analog, needle type.

How much vacuum should I get at the EGR valve? On the egr vacuum solinoid is
there a gasket or anything like that to help seal it?
