My Check Engine Light is on and the OBD-II reads out as PO141- O2 Sensor
Heater Circuit (Bank 1, Sensor 2). I have a couple of questions about this.
1--- Is the PO141 code a pretty simple and straightforward sensor
replacement or do I need to be cautious about this?

My 94 explorer's headlamps start flickering after 30 minutes of driving.

'93 Taurus wagon w/3.8. This thing has forever had the noise on the AM side.
Is there something to install to kill the noise? Where does it go? I
remember years ago that a capacitor was used for this problem, but it also
connected to the distribtor. What's out there now? Thanks.
