Anybody know where you can get a
Fuel  inlet needle & seat assambly
for a Holly carbburetor. Model # 1946.
It is for a 1981 6cyl 3.3L Ford Fairmont.

Is this an indication that the strut(s) need to be changed? What is
the average life span of a strut on a compact car? How do I inspect to
make sure the strut are fine without removing them?  Should I change
the spring(s) when replacing the strut(s)?

Just bought a M(94) Ford Escort 1.6 the car seems solid and fine, but the
speedo doesn't move and the mileage counter is frozen, does this seem like a

Please advise.  Working in the dark, I accidently put washer fluid in the
power steering.
Sucked some out so as not to be overfilled.  This is a foamy mess that needs
to be changed out.

I need to change the spark plugs on my 2000 flex-fuel 3.0 Taurus.  The
back plugs look tough to get at.  I was hoping the plenum wouldn't have
to come off.  Does anyone have experience in changing plugs on this
motor?

It's on my 1999 Ford Windstar.  I just cleared the codes (I think they
are P13171 and P13174), but "Check Engine Light" won't go away as
previous occassions.  It runs fine.
Has any one encountered this problem?

hey yall i have a automatic 2.3L transmission. it wont shift to gear it
stays at first until u press teh pedal hard. also when i start the car the
idle goes up to liek 3000 and i have to put in park to make it calm down.
if u haev any ideas plz let me know. i have replaced the TPS ...

Hope someone here had the same problem and maybe help me find the trouble.
My windstar 95 3.8L, have a hard time to start when the outside temperature
reaches 32?F (0?C).

My temperature gage in my1999 ford taurus has stopped working and my heat
seems to be not as hot as it was.
Can it be a fuse? If not what can it be?

Have an opportunity to buy a 1992 Taurus Wagon with 3.0 Engine,  145,000
miles on it.  Fair condition, new tires, two small rust spots near the lower
part of 2 of the doors.
Can purchase for $1000.  Are there problem areas I need to check for.  All
