--Got an old '94 Ranger; what I'm looking for is a kit I can use
to replace the old style stick-arm-out-window-to-adjust variety with the
electronic move-stick-to-adjust kind. Couldn't find one in the Whitney

I have had very low or no heater/defroster hot air output on my 97 Taurus GL
wagon (3.0 liter Vulcan with AC) since I used some Prestone Stop Leak to
(successfully) control a slow loss of coolant level.  I suspect the coolant
loss was a due to very small head gasket leak, as there ...
Heater control valve? in '99 Ford F-150 xlt p/u 30 Dec 2004 20:15 GMT1

on it barely cools but the suction line is cold.  Vice-versa, when in

dripping from the seam at the bottom of the heater case.

Use of OD-Off for its braking ability30 Dec 2004 01:04 GMT7
On my Explorer 2000 EB with A5LDE transmission, I tend to use the OD-Off for its
braking ability, while going downhill or for other planned slow downs.  I return
it to the default (OD-ON) position as soon as the need for slow down is past
which is typically close to after a minute ...
