I have a Ford Escape and occasionall the ignition key won't turn. It acts like it is the wrong key in the ignition. Takes some work to get it to tunr sometimes. I thought it was the steering wheel lock being preloaded but it happens whne the steering wheel is moreor less free

I've found my ignition key can be difficult to remove from the ignition of my 95 Escort wagon (automatic). Jiggling the shifter, I can remove it. Is there a mechanical link between the shifter and ignition and if so can it be adjusted or does it need replacing?

My manual lacks adequate instructions. What is the order arrangement of the parts? I have cleaned all connections, and bought new 5/8" nylon retainer. I bought two new O rings for each tube size; those tubes measure 5/8" and 3/4"

Me and my wife just bought a 95 Villager and the only way to start it sometimes is to wiggle the ignition switch until it hits just the right spot to let the key go all the way it and turn. What is causing this and how do I fix it.

My ABS warning light came on and pump will not stop running even when I shut the truck off. I managed to disable the pump so I don't have to disconnect the battery every time I stop, but this doesn't solve the problem, has anyone ever run into this before?

I have to rev up the engine to around 4-5 k before the car will shift into 2nd gear, then it works alright. I've heard it's a speed senser problem, anyone else heard this or know about the problem.

My '98 Club Wagon has heating, venting, and air conditioning. When running the heater or vents, the air is maximum-hot all the time. Until recently, we could regulate the temperature by turning a dial in the center of the dash board.
