Ford Windstar Wheels07 Apr 2005 00:03 GMT4
Does anyone know if there is any reason not to put Taurus wheels on a
Windstar?  My van has steel 15 x 6.5 wheels, and Tauruses (Tauri?) have 15 x
6.  Will the difference of .5" be significant?
I am not looking for bling or anything, I just have 2 warped steel rims

I've just been given a 93 Taurus 3.8 wagon by my father in law. The

Sloppy stering 98 Crown Vic06 Apr 2005 00:37 GMT5
I have a 98 Crown Vic with 106,000 miles. I have been noticing latley
that the stering is very sloppy and unresponsive. Two years ago I had
the pitnam arm replaced and that seemed to improve handleability.
Now it is getting bad again. Anyone  know what could be the problem?
95 uk fiesta steering prob.06 Apr 2005 00:10 GMT2
Last night my steering on my fiesta suddenly got a lot heavier and wouldn't
re-centre on it's own. As my car doesn't have power steering, straight away
I thought it might be a soft tyre but all the pressures checked out so it
must be something more serious.  Any ideas?

Ten New Crown Vics Sighted, Headed Into Fleet Service05 Apr 2005 22:53 GMT1
Would be a proud site for any Ford stockholder, but I am not one.
I spotted ten brand new yellow CVs on a car carrier this morning,
headed into NYC.  I'm pretty sure it was ten, I didn't have much time
stare and count since I was driving my new F-150 SC 4x4 to work.  Not
The new Dodge Charger cop car05 Apr 2005 19:42 GMT54
I got a shock looking at blueovalnews.com today, the new Charger cop car
is almost ready to hit the streets...rear wheel drive, 340 hp and lots
of goodies. Why on earth doesn't Ford put the 5.4L in the Crown Vic? I
remember a thread a while back on cop car motors- I hope Ford comes ...
