i have a 99' ford escort that shakes and idles terribly, when it's at a
complete stop in drive. i have contacted many mechanics and no one seems
to know whats wrong any one have suggestions?

Is the 4.6 romeo in a 98 f150 4x4 the same as a 4.6 romeo in a 98 grand
marquis. I know there will be some diffrences like intake, oil pan,
manifolds and sensors but what about the block and heads

I have a 2000 Ford Taurus with the FFV engine.  I have been having
problems for a while when the car is at idle speed.  At times it will
idle low 400-600 rpms and knock off.  At other times, I can crank it
up, and it idles fine (600-800 rpm). I read another post suggesting the

 A few weeks ago someone hit the back of my 1995 Escort.  It is a 2 DR
Hatchback.  No one got hurt.  We got another taillight.  But finding
another rear bumper has been harder.  
  Are there any other models that would fit?  My dad found one off a

I live in an area that has lots of topography and so whenever i'm on
the highway I find that i'm constantly shifting betweed "Drive" and
"Overdrive".  The automatic transmission does not want to downshift to
