I just got a tranny for my 1970 Maverick and it is a long tail shaft and what I was wondering was how do you measure for the shortened shaft. Any help would be appreciated

My girlfriend has a 2000 cougar, for some reason when the gas tank is about half empty the car sputters and once in a while shuts off, but then it will start right back up, i have no clue what could be causing this, any help would be great.

A couple of weeks back I posted a request for Help with an ignition problem. Out of the blue, my T-Bird just started missing like crazy. One minute it was running fine, the next it was missing and popping with the service engine light blinking.

Ok, my wife took the explorer in for an oil change, the suv ran excellent ,then the technician added a bottle of fuel injector cleaner to the tank.Over the next 2 weeks the vehicle slowly started running rough,now it is to the point where when it is warmed up it will not go

Hey I got a 1983 LTD wagon thats getting no power to the starter. know its not the starter b/c I just put in a new one cause I though that was the problem...nope. Put in a new selonoid (sp?) and th battery is not dead

Has anybody tried running E85 gas in any vehicles other than the ones on the list of "official" E85-compatible Ford vehicles? Somebody told me that E85 will work just fine in older ones. I have a 1999 Explorer with the SOHC 4.0L V6, and I?d like to know if it will run
