I'm doing my first break job on my own later this week on a '93 Taurus. (Not to fear, I'm having a professional look over it afterward.) Here's what I'm thinking I'll need for supplies and tools coming in. Does anyone else have any suggestions? TIA.

| Leaking fuel line?? | 12 Jun 2005 14:10 GMT | 5 |
Recently I've noticed a miss developing on my 93 Explorer XLT. First it started out as a small engine miss that didn't seem to zap the engine of torque or power. I could still drive up hill no problem with full power, albeit having to hit the accelerator a bit more to do so. ...

This should be an easy one. But cars remain a tricky subject for many of us. Recently the check engine light came on. But it went off. During one trip home the light came on and off twice. What are the most important things to look for? Yes, I should know

I hope someone has had experience with that. I just got an used Ford Escort ZX2, model 1999, which came only with a tape, but no CD player. Since the number of tapes I have in my possession is 0, I was wondering if it would be possible (and worth it) to have the tape device replaced ...

I was wondering if anyone has experience removing the rear deck speakers on a 2003 Crown Victoria? The speaker grill seems to be attached to the carpet covering the back deck. It seems I need to find proper method to fold down rear deck covering to access speakers. Any ideas?

| Ford 500 test drive | 11 Jun 2005 20:05 GMT | 10 |
I test drove a 500 Saturday. Nice car and with the 6 speed I thought acceleration was adequate but that was up until I was at 65 mph and pressed the gas pedal and there was nothing. I know you don't often need to exceed 65 mph, but nothing? I mean nothing.
