A/C is not blowing out. Fan is not blowing. I checked heater blower fuses but they seem fine. Any ideas?

The fan is not working. The fuse is O.K. When the fan is connected direct to the battery it's O.K. When the fan plug is connected to a tester bulb it show there's no power. Any idea what I can do next to rectify it please?

Sorry about the crosspost..... Yesterday I finally went back out to get the little bugger running and after charging the battery she fired right up. I did check fuel pressure and it's a tad low at 9 PSI but the engine appears to run fine at that. Also found
