faulty granada onboard computer06 Oct 2005 19:14 GMT1
can any one help with my faulty onboard computer in my granada scopio
cosworth, clock works fine, the miles left to drive on fuel in tank works
fine, but the MPG just displays Zero, I recon it must be a faulty sensor
somewhere but where and which one. Any ideas welcome

On a '90 Tbird LX, looking at upper ball joints on both sides and one strut
rod bushing , with of course a front end alignment..
from a good shop what cost SHOULD I be looking at?

My local junkyard has some aerostar seats, but they are ALL jacked up.
Seems to me that some other vehicles' seats would be compatible, maybe
another van or SUV.  Does anyone have any knowledge?  TIA!

HI MY 2001 FORD MONDEO DIESEL 2.0 TDI HAS STARTED TO CUT OUT AT RANDOM AND IT

I have been unable to drive my Granada now for nearly a week due to the
accelerator cable snapping. Its a 94 scorpio 2.5TD. Apparently the cable i
need isnt made anymore so i cant get it from the main dealers. I can get a
different one which doesnt quite fit in length of inner cable ...

Car has a cable driven transmission shifter.  The shift lever moves, but
somewhere between the shift lever and the cable head under the dash, the
mechanism is broken.  Does anyone know what this is likely to be?  Is it
hard to replace this linkage?  Will I have to remove the Air ...

Has anyone had the opportunity to change the core, it looks as if the fender
has to come off to get to the firewall location of the core to remove the
cover and the core.  Any hints, help or tips
would be greatly appreciated...

there is minimal heat coming from the floor vents,even when the temp
control is set to max.no heat appears to be comming from any of the other
vents. there is a small hint of coolant smell at all times ,except when
the a/c is on? the windshield also fogs up with everything shut off.

Would it be possible that a sticky brake caliber would be causing the
car to swerve when the brakes are applied?

My 99 ford taurus with 80,000 miles recently started to lurch or lunge
when I press on the gas.  This is after driving for 25 to 30 minutes.
Once the car gets moving it runs just fine.  Also this sympton comes
and goes, it does not happen all of the time.  Can someone tell me

The electronic 4 wheel drive trans went out on my ’92 Aerostar 3 liter
V6. It’ll shift when cold but when it heats up it stops shifting
altogether. I changed the filter and fluid but that didn’t help.
Does anyone have any ideas or know where I can find info on this trans
