I was wondering whether anyone knows what order to replace this part ?
Im a bit of a novice at these things, but here goes.
It seems the middle part has to go on first and ive tried putting the ball
joint on second, but the opposite end doesnt line up enough to get the bolt
2001 Ford Taurus SE  Hesitation and Missing Problem01 Oct 2005 16:41 GMT1
Have replaced fuel pump, spark plugs and wires, egr valve, cam shaft
sensor.  Have run injector cleaner for 60 minutes and the car still
hesitates at any speed constantly.  It starts up great and has plenty of
power; just misses out.
Water Condenses Inside Headlamp Housing01 Oct 2005 15:17 GMT1
I've recently inherited my father's old 1992 Taurus wagon.  While everything
pretty much works, I've noticed that both headlight housings have condensed
water on the inside of the front lens.  Is there a decent fix for this or should
I just leave it alone?  Doesn't seem to affect ...
Radiator/Coolant Flush - 2000 Taurus01 Oct 2005 14:19 GMT3
Our 2000 Taurus is due for a coolant flush.  I've read up on some DIY
approaches to doing this but wanted to see if anyone could share any
practical experience doing this.
I know better than to run the engine empty of coolant with the garden
engine noise 99 ranger01 Oct 2005 04:22 GMT2
I know noises are tricky over the mail but I have a funny noise when the
truck idles and I though it worth a post. Its a 4.0L V6 4X4 1999 5spd ranger
and when the oil is cold it runs quietly. When up to temp I can hear a
'clack' sound in time with the engine. Its not very loud at ...
Best anti-freeze for a 2000 Contour01 Oct 2005 03:20 GMT3
About to flush the cooling system on my 2000 Contour V6. No problems, just
part of my preventive maintenance. What is the best coolant to use? Is
DexCool better than the Ford recommended stuff? Are any of the newer
coolants better than what they had in 2000?

Audiophile Radio CD/Aux Button01 Oct 2005 01:34 GMT3
I have a 2004 Thunderbird. The Audiophile 6 CD Chager AM/FM
Radio has the CD botton labeled as CD/Aux. This implies that
I can connected another device to the radio and access it
through this button. Anyone have any details on how this is
1999 Windstar intermittent ABS light01 Oct 2005 01:25 GMT1
My wife's Windstar has had the ABS light come on two times in
the last two weeks when it was raining out. The light was on when
van was first started for the day. Both times we drove a short
distance, ran an errand and when we got back in and restarted van
Buy 2004 Taurus SE from Enterprise Rent-a-Car?01 Oct 2005 01:07 GMT9
Anyone have any experience buying a rental car from them?  I'm looking at a
2004 Ford Taurus SE with 30,500 miles on it.  They want $10,999 for it and
another $1,165 for a $0 deductable 3/36 warranty.
Should I maybe avoid the 2004 Taurus altogether?
