which is using oil quite quickly, with no evidence of where it's going, no oil patches on the drive or blue smoke from the exhaust. Help have you any suggestion as to the cause of the problem. Stephen

I am about to retire my 1994 Taurus, and Edmunds says that the Fusion is a much better car for the money than the new Taurus. Does anyone have any experience with the Fusion? What are your opinions? Thanks in advance,

The car is ford escort 1991 1.6 77kw/105HP, CVH engine, EFI. Autodata says 2.5 bar Haynes "Ford Escort & Orion (Sept 90 - 97)" says 3.0 Haynes #686 (escort up to 1990) says 2.3 to 2.5 (for 1.6 CVH EFI engine)

Had my 96 Taurus jacked up to check the brakes and noticed some horizontal play in the front wheel. I immediately thought tie rod end but then I noticed the play was at the other end under the steering boot.

I have a 1994 Ford Escort wagon. If I turn on the lights, the rear tail lights are on just fine, but when I step on the brake, the 3rd light and right stop light go on, but the left stop/tail light goes out. I have replaced the bulb, but there has been no change in what happens.
