Are there any published (internet) instructions for the alarm system
on 98 Windstar?  I want to stop automatic disabling of ignition when
car is turned off.  Any special equipment required?

I own a 98 Taurus with a squeak coming from the steering. This happens
when steering left or right. It appears to be coming from the main
steering "cylinder" behind the engine. Has anyone had this problem, or
know what it takes to repair it?

my 2003 taurus is cutting in and out at about 3000 rpm's under load in any
gear.  it
acts like it's running out of fuel. it started this about 2000 miles ago.
i have replced the fuel filter and plugs.

the car jerks in any gear under load . i replaced the fuel filter. the car
runs and shifts great on flat roads being easy on the gas

I'm looking for a transmission for my 98 Taurus. 3.0 L V6. Any good places
to search online? I'll be looking around at the local scrap yards. I'm
convinced these are disposable transmissions. Ebay has 'em for $700+ but
that's ridiculous.

The drivers side  outside door handle has been freezing after recent
cold New England nights.  The door unlocks OK.   I can open it from
the inside but NOT using the outside handle.  Once I open it from the
inside, the outside handle works.

help. With engine at oper. temp., ran KOEO(twice) and got code 32 first

driver's side spring.  Sure enough it was broken at the spring seat and
I pulled a coil out of it.  Given the time constraints I took the car to
a local Sears that employs a pretty sharp guy.  Unfortunately he wasn't
