Seat belt retractor on passenger side of my 2001 Taurus wagon is stuck in
midway position between fully extended and fully closed.
Retractor clicks but the result is only a 1/2 inch movement of the belt and
no more.

I recently purchased a 1989 F250 extended cab and it has rear lap belts
only in it. I need to use a booster seat for my 3 year old which
requires a shoulder belt.
I've called Ford and a number of dealerships and they can't give me any

Yesterday coming home from work in -10 C, a 26 km drive,
I was getting just cold air through the heater. I was watching the temp
guage all the way home and as I got near my home about 20 minutes in,
the temp guage on my pickup was at the red line.

 I went to Greenville (Dayton area) last weekend to look at a parts car and then to
Columbus to pick up my daughter. I gave a big wave and HELLO as I passed by your area
on I70. Hope you caught it. ;)

In wet weather it gives us a break, but when it's dry it consistently ding,
ding, dings, any time we are under 20 MPH, including stopped at a light.
We've tried without success to figure out which door might have a bad
sensor. Any ideas? Summer is coming and I'd really like to ...

I'm replacing the steering gear on a 1999 Ford Taurus V6-3.0L VIN 2
Flex Fuel w/ 15" wheels.  I'm wanting to install a used part from one
of the local salvage yards.  The salvage yards have 5 different

Is 55 mph the most fuel economical cruising speed on an '02 Taurus
Duratec?  Or maybe its higher than that like 65 or so because of engine

We are trying to replace the air conditioning compressor on a 1994 Ford
Taurus with a 3.0L engine. We have run into issues removing the power
steering and alternator bracket. The Chilton manual gives no help,
other than to state the obvious that the compressor can't be removed
