My windshield washer pump gave up the ghost while driving the other day.

We own a Mondeo 2001 LX TDCi estate currently 103,021+ on the clock.
Rear tyres currently not even half worn yet inner edges, say ¼inch,
are down to the canvas.  This is not visible on any regular inspection

This is an update to my first post.  There is power at the fusebox under the
hood, the fuse is good, the mirrors work, the door locks work, and the
windows are up and will not work (the window lock is off, by the way-lol!).

This morning as I got in my Mustang and locked the doors, the door
locks on both the passenger and driver's side started to misbehave. For
some odd reason, they lock then unlock themselves in an infinite loop.
I had both motors disabled as a temporary solution.

So the simple way to calculate payload capacity is GVWR - Curb Weight.
Going by the specs on my 2005 F150 Lariat 4x4, this means I should have
a theoretical payload capacity of 7200lbs - 5577lbs. = 1623lbs.
However, there's a "loading" sticker which specifies a maximum weight
