Can someone tell me why my OD/OFF light wont stop flashing.....I acnt seem to figure out why it keep coming on.And also the little Motor light stays on..... .should I be real worried about this and what do I need to do to fix this Problem ..If it wasnt for these Lights.

I got this new Ford Five Hundred with the 6-speed. The service department did not seem to know what to say. They tried to contact the service manager but he was gone for the day. I would appreciate any advice on gearing down this 6-speed automatic.
