UK Ford Escort door lock problem...03 May 2006 18:12 GMT1
Bit of a peculiar one maybe.
The drivers door on my 94 Escort is a right buggar to unlock with the
slightly worn black keys. With the Red master key it's a breeze to
open. I even had a new key cut from the master, and it's still very
Idle Too Low03 May 2006 17:00 GMT7
I have a 1995 Ford Club Wagon.  It idles too low.  It showed a throtle
position sensor code and I replaced the sensor.
It's still too low.  Is there a hard idle adjustment where i can crank
it up a notch or two??
UK Escort 1.6 Zetec (94)...03 May 2006 15:39 GMT3
My dad offered to pressure wash with some 'gunk' my engine, it was pretty
much in places so off he went and did it.
Ever since the clean though the car is running lumpy, it feels almost like
it's lost half it's power - it's been for a couple of long runs since (over

My wife tried getting into her car today, but the lock has stuck, i

14 MPG? Uh, Is this Normal?03 May 2006 12:06 GMT14
Have tested this for about the past 6 weeks, I am getting about 14-15
MPG on my 1994 Thunderbird 4.6 liter version V-8.
I was getting in the low-to-mid 20s, unless I was really off on the
math back then.
Focus 'hesitation'03 May 2006 02:32 GMT7
Hey all,
I have a 2000 focus that has an infrequent 'hesitation' on acceleration.
The 2 times I've really noticed it, 1x was on a circular off-ramp and
when I gave it the gas, it felt like the timing belt had broken!  The
Tail Light replacement procedure for '99 Windstar03 May 2006 00:08 GMT1
I need to replace the tail light bulbs in my '99 Windstar, but I can't
figure out how to remove the assembly.  I found two Phillips head
screws above the assembly that were in plain sight and removed them,
but the assembly doesn't come out.  I can't locate any other screws,
87-90 Mustang interior door repair02 May 2006 18:46 GMT1
On two of my fox body mustangs I have unfortunatley encountered
(somehow at the same time...;sigh;) the driver's side interior door
handle failure. I have had the actuator / and/or rod inside the
door-mechanism come apart. Although in this case the interior handles

even after feathering them all the way down. Could this be an ABS wheel
sensor?
Ford Aspire Leaking Transmission Oil from seal.02 May 2006 06:24 GMT6
My friend has a 96  Ford Aspire and I have two questions about it:
1) Transmission oil is leaking from the right side CV axle. Right where
it joins into the transmission. I figure it is a bad seal. Can anyone
