Hi I own a bird and when starting it up it races and the motor sounds like sh.t until I go a quarter mile, any thoughts on this on this one.The car is pretty good other than that Oh I USE MOBIL ONE OIL 5-20 change every 4000 miles

Well I had a friend of mine come over with a tool that checks for leaks in the cooling system.. The head gasket is fine.. it held 15 plus psi for 5-10 min with no problems. Had a bad air lock though

I changed my rad andtried bleeding the air out by leaving the rad cap off while idle..well now I have little heat and the temp is high but goes down to half and climbs again. Does anyone have a way to get all the air out so I can check for a headgasket problem .
