My father (a 77 year old) has a 2004 Escape that when locked using the remote control, cannot be unlocked and started using any keys he has - although he can unlock then doors. The only way he can start the vehicle is if the remote is used to open the door locks.

2002 3.0L Ranger, with 36k mi, occasionally refusing to start, but more than happy to turn. Problem solves itself when tank is filled (problem occurs only at or under 1/4 tank so far) or when left alone for a few hours. Reading other posts, I'm thinking it's a fuel pump problem, ...

I had my mirror smashed last weekend (RAR), and have just recieved replacement (25 quid) and due to taking the old one out and being a numpty I can't remember which wire goes where, as usual Haynes useless and can't find any other information on the web.

I am a new subscriber to this so hope this isn't a repeat. Have been getting code P0430 on a 98 Explorer, 5 liter. The code refers to 'bank 2'. Which side is bank 2? The engine runs fine and see no apparent problem with the exhasut sysatem. I changed the left rear H2OS
