The brake pedal has started emitting a slight "hiss" @ the firewall.  This
stops when the pedal is depressed slightly.
I'm guessing the air booster has a small leak but not a critical safety
issue?

I own a Tbird 91 SC auto.  The cable between the transmission and the
throttle linkage doesn't move.  The visible part on the top is okay.  What
is on the other end (spring?) and where?  I know it is somewhere near the
transmission, but I can't see it!  I have an Haynes manual ...

My second manifold (first one replaced via warranty) is not as bad as
the first one but its bad.  I have patched leaks with JB quik weld in
several places where water just started oozing out.  It's never held a
steady water level since I've owned it (new in 97).
