got some additional questions about the subject:
99 Windstar ABS Light15 Jun 2006 17:38 GMT3
I have a '99 Ford Windstar. Occasionally the ABS light will come on.
Stopping the van, turning the engine off and restarting will have the light
return to normal operation (sounds like it's running on Windows 95). I
experience no performance issues, the brakes are in good shape, ...

2002 Taurus Technical Bulletin15 Jun 2006 11:58 GMT2
My buddy owns a Taurus SEL and his fan stops working from time to time
and it smells like moldy wet carpet. He was told of a TB regarding
this problem. A water leak of some sort or another is the culprit. Any
info would be appreciated. Thanks
Anyone know how to replace third brake light on a Taurus Wagon?15 Jun 2006 03:23 GMT3
My wifes wagon ('99) third brake light had all the red plastic broken.
I can't see how this part seems to be attached to the roof, it almost
looks like it's just been pushed in very tightly. Actually the lamps
themselves still work, I just need the plastic, but even that doesn't

I have a 1993 aerostar, Eddie Bauer edition. I am trying to remove the
two captain chair middle seats for a vacation. Alas, I have no owner's

out of the way to get to the rear set. hopefully that won't affect its
2002 Ford Taurus leak14 Jun 2006 04:41 GMT4
My car had been parked for a few days and I started it and pulled out
of the driveway and spotted a puddle in my driveway.  Can't tell if
it's transmission fluid or power steering fluid.  All levels are fine
and it's not leaking now.  The transmission guy has it and basically
Dumb electrical question for an '87 Ford Escort14 Jun 2006 03:54 GMT2
I was recently replacing a timing belt on my 87 Ford Escort.  I was
first told by my father-in-law that taking the oil pan off would give
us access to the timing belt.  This turned out not to be true, but he
removed the oil pan himself and had to take off the starter to get to

Ok, can anyone tell me what the voltage should be with closed throttle, in
KOEO  mode on the center pin (TP) of the throttle position sensor on a 93
2.3 liter ford ? Mine has 3.4 volts, the book says it should increase
smoothly up to 3.4 and above. It'd be kind of hard for mine to ...

'93 Cougar w/poor A/C air flow13 Jun 2006 11:21 GMT13
Hi Folks.  I am still banging my head on this one.  Last night I pulled the

handler is a different story.  I can reach in with my finger tips and feel
crud packed against the evaporator, especially the ...
