Runs like the wires got wet or something.Out of the blue it started to run

I'm replacing the ignition lock on a 1980 Ford F250 Pickup. The keys
are lost. I have the steering wheel off, and I'm at the point where I'm
trying to remove the old lock. The instructions say I need a key, and
to turn it to the Run position. I can't do that, of course. So what

filter At 58000 it started doing the same thing shacking at 40 mile an hour

I  have 2 problems I need help with.
