Can anyone suggest what might be responsible for generating this code?
My Haynes doesn't give much info on this one.

95 Windstar has developed "rattle" at back hatch. When I examined it the
inner plastic panel is loose at both lower outer attachments. This may or
may not be the problem. It is not at all evident to me how to remove this
inner panel without damaging it. There are Two screws ...

Just put on 4 new tires.  I had thought the roaring noise
was from the 8 year old tires, but it's still there.  Example,
30 mph and lightly apply the brakes the noise goes away.
