accelerating between 2500 and 3000 rpms there are several "stutters". I
wouldn't say they were misfires because the service engine light never
comes on, but it does feel like a misfire. The worst one is at 3000

1990 Ford Tempo -- Engine10 Sep 2006 13:59 GMT2
Okay, there are a few things I have contemplated with my engine.
First, it has 202K miles on it, has needed a valve cover gasket for at
least the past 22K miles (since I purchased the car), and hasn't had
regular oil changes with the exception of the last two which were done
18" wheels on 2003 Grand Marquis?10 Sep 2006 04:03 GMT7
Has anyone heard anything bad about putting 18" wheels on an
otherwise-stock 2003 Grand Marquis LS?  The fact that Tire Rack
declines to sell plus-size wheels for this car makes me wonder.  Any
thoughts appreciated.  My son is just dying to get chrome rims.
