OK, I'm convinced. Getting ready to *finally* replace OEM *manifold* and figure its a good time to do the wires. Any suggestions on how to save a few bucks. Any online sources? While we're at it :) how about online sources for replacement radiators?

my 99 taurus sucked in some water during the flooding we had in Houston on Monday. It wasn't deep, but apparently it sloshed the wrong way and the car died. I checked the next day and the air filter was soaked. Maybe I goofed, but I tried starting the car with a boost and nothing

the p/s fluid level on this 99 taurus i'm working on is fine when the engine is running, and the steering works great. but when you shut off the engine, the fluid slowly comes up and spill out of the pump reservoir. i have never seen such a thing!

I've got a 1997 Lincoln Town Car, Cartier Series. I notice that when idling in the Drive Gear, the car sometimes surges ahead, occasionally with force a bit stronger than the force with which I've got the brakes holding it back.

I've noticed what appears to be a drain plug on the transmission. [1st time i've ever seen one on any vehicle]. I'd lke to change the trany fluid and want to know if this plug drains all the fluid or do you still have to drop the pan to get most of it?

I have a 93 crown vic with the body in rough shape, and a friend of mine is getting rid of a 96 stang in quite good shape, but only a v6 with a blown head. Any major difficulties swapping the crown vics 4.6 in to the 3.8L mustang?

99 Taurus, 3.0L, ~78K miles. It starts and runs just fine. Put it in gear, and it stalls. Dead. That's it. Put it back in park, starts up just fine. I just replaced the speed sensor about 6 weeks ago, no other recent repairs.
