Srry don't know anything about car repair, and it is a work car 2004 mercury Grand Marquis, it has auto a/c, the fan only blows when set on high, unless the outside temp is below 65, if it is below 65 outside, the ac works fine

Messing around the steering column of my '98 Explorer. Found that the little contact which senses key presence to make the annoying ding-dong sound is loose. It will go back into its hole, but nothing seems to hold it in there, and it readily slips out a bit, touching the cylinder ...

Have a 1994 ranger xlt 2.3 lit. The engine dies intermittently when driving. After sitting a minute or so it restarts. Have had it in to mechanics who cannot repeat the problem. The problem happens when engine is hot or cold.Have replaced the fuel filter,ignition module and idle air

The check engine light came on in my 96 Lincoln Town car. I've done a little research, and realize it could be a loose gas cap, sensor or carbon buildup. Could it have anything to do with the transmission?

I just bought a 2006 Escape with 11k miles. We just use it around town, about 6k miles per year. Is the extended warranty worth it at around $2445 for a 7 year 100 mile warranty. We do plan keeping the car for many years. Thanks,

I've seen advertised, a 1999 Mondeo ST24 Estate, with listing of service history and saying it had cambelt changed at 60,000 miles. I thought this wasn't a requirement with V6 engine, because it is chain driven. Am I wrong?

We have/had (it's coming back nt. week) a 99 Taurus in the shop,with no speeds at all on the blower motor. Customer tested the blower motor,by " hot wiring" it,and so did I. Him and hid dad tested the resistor with an Ohm meter and said it "seemed"

Well, let me get right to it: 1993 Aerostar, 3.0L, 252k -Fuel gauge stopped working. Sometimes reads full after it's just been filled, otherwise it almost always hovers around the 1/4 mark.
