| 2000 Taurus Leaking Gas? | 10 Nov 2006 16:11 GMT | 1 |
I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. Recently I started to notice that when the car sits for a long period of time (overnight for example), it leaks enough fluid to form a small puddle behind the left rear wheel. I don't smell gas, and when I wipe the stuff off the floor, it does not

| Boss 302 question | 09 Nov 2006 13:41 GMT | 3 |
I always heard that the Boss 302 engine, could be made with a 302 block and putting on 351C 2V cylinder heads. Is this true, and if so, do they bolt right on, or are there modifications that need to be made?

| Today's cars as tall as those in '48 | 09 Nov 2006 00:19 GMT | 42 |

My 98 Mark VIII has started completely deflating it's airbag suspension overnight. The compressor is able to reinflate them when I start the car, but I'd like to get it fixed. I have checked for leaks in the bags using soapy water and don't seem to have any. Also, they just

I'm a moderately skillled mechanic, 51 years old. The car moves in 1st and reverse only (if you put the shifter in 1, not in D). The fluid is black, the previous owner purportedly had gotten it stuck. I don't want to buy a used transmission that is on the way out. So, am I

| '06 explorer - oil change required light | 07 Nov 2006 04:17 GMT | 3 |
Oil has 2600 miles & 60 days since last change. Oil life value was set to 80% (4k miles) at that time. Oil change required light is now coming on. Changing oil life % does not clear the problem (comes on after each restart.) Oil level is correct and oil color is nominal.
