I notice that often my door ajar light stays on when the door is closed and the dome light stays on. I know it's coming from the driver door. I can't find the traditional pin switch. Does anyone know where they hide the door switch on this car. It's a 4 door if that matters.

I have a 1992 Lincoln Mark VII.Thetransmission works fine until you use overdrive.Once in overdrive it slips as soon as you get to 45mph.In normal drive it works fine.I found out it could be a TV Bushing.Where is this located and is it something that can be done at home?

The mighty MTX III, 5 speed manual transmission. Seems like I goofed big time replacing the front struts recently. Used a five foot pry bar to pop the driver side steering knuckle off the old strut. Well, wasn't thinking and wedged the pry bar under the tranny
