Is there a way to read OBD-II codes without a scanner?14 Feb 2007 17:36 GMT2

years.  Is there a way to get the code without plugging in a code reader?  I
could do it on a 95 GMC, but I dont think I can do it without a code reader.

87 and 88 Taurus blower motor and turn signal problems14 Feb 2007 07:30 GMT1
I own an 88 taurus that when you start it you have to turn the key
back just a touch to make it charge and make the turn signals and
blower motor work.  My cousin has an 87 that does the same thing but
recently turning the key back doesnt make anything work either.

Pulled the pump module out of my 2000 Contour. Looked at it a long time
trying to figure out what's happening. Somehow the fuel in the tub where the
fuel pump is, has to be at a higher level than the in tank when it's low.

REAR brake lights stay on 2002 Windstar HELP?11 Feb 2007 22:25 GMT1
Odd problem. It appears that occaisionally the rear brake lights stay
on after turning off the engine and removing the keys. My first
thought is the switch that must be near the actual brake pedal in the
Windstar.
