I have a 91 Ford Ranger V6 that has been sitting for over a year. We replaced the battery and connectors but it still will not start (it does turn over). Anyone have any idea what to try next...we don't want to pour a lot of money into it but would like to get it running.

I have just bought a used 1994 Ford Explorer. I find that when I put the key in the ignition, about 3-5 seconds after I move it to the ON position all the doors lock. Further, as soon as the ignition is moved from ON to OFF (or Accesory), all the doors unlock.
