| 97 Sable haven’t started in 18 months. | 16 Mar 2007 20:57 GMT | 4 |
Any quick suggestions on getting a 3.0L taurus (sable) going after sitting for a while. Going to have it hauled off anyway (it’s wrecked) but I could get an extra $50-$100 if it starts. Probably bad gas, but I really don’t want to screw with it too much

| escort | 16 Mar 2007 20:56 GMT | 2 |
I recently bought a 1995 escort wagon. It has a funny quirk, if you park it for about 30 to 60 minutes it will crank over but not fire. If you turn the key off, and then to the on position and hold it the for 10 sec or so it will fire up. If it sits less time or longer it will start ...

I'm having a problem, a little while ago, I was at McDonalds and was driving up and my mirror clipped one of their extended garbage cans (the ones by the drive-through so you can throw stuff out easily). Well, the mirror folded in a little bit, and the mirror still moves

| 94 Merc Grand Marquis/GS - please help | 16 Mar 2007 16:04 GMT | 3 |
Here's the problem - headlights stay on after I turn off ignition, remove the key and vacate the car completely. The only way to turn them off is to pull the 40A headlamps fuse from the fuse box under the hood (close to the battery).

| 99 sable door lock question. | 14 Mar 2007 11:27 GMT | 4 |
For some reason, All of the power door locks seem to lack enough power to actuate them all of the time. It would seem odd to me that all 4 actuators are bad. I get the same results from both the driver and passenger lock/unlock switch.
