the tensioner be replaced as part of this maintenance? the local stores seem
to carry the tensioners but for some reason rock auto dosnt, pullys only

Had a flat the other day. Went to let the spare down. The winch
just turned and turned. Tire did not move down. Stuck a wedge,
turned .. nothin... called AAA. Same result. OK, now I could go
to the dealer get a new one let it rust and have the same

I made it through the weekend, and yes, it is still doing the 1500rpm
65 second runup during startup.  However, several times it started
normally.  The weather has been dryer here the past 3 days, so maybe
that is a factor, I don't know.

One expect better fuel economy on the 6cyl rather than the 8cyl in the
explorer, but many trucks are 8cyl...I have no expierience with either

The worst happened the other night.  Driving to HEB, turned on the
heat, and POP!  Antifreeze mist all over the windshield.  Crap.  I do
NOT like having parts of my truck disabled, tied off, or otherwise.

it is still on.  I bought the oil pressure switch hoping that that is
the problem, but I have not been able to find out where it is so that

Hi - I am having problems with my 89 5.0 stalling in very hot
tempuratures - from looking at some of the postings to this group I am
seeing mention of the common problem being the TFI module on the

change, new air filter, plugs & wires, fuel filter, radiator
flush'n'fill). Runs and idles fine while just sitting there, but-with
