Ford 2003 E250 brake rotors10 Aug 2007 04:27 GMT1
How hard is it to change the rotors, front and back?  The repair manuals all seem to shy away from any description of this.
I am handy but never tried this before.  Is it something I should or should not attempt?
GT500 with side pipes?09 Aug 2007 20:46 GMT1
A few months back I saw a Ford GT500 with side pipes (2 pipes on each
side, exiting the molding, looked beautiful). It looked so good I
figured it had to be a stock option, but when I look at GT500 options,
I do not see it.

Anyone try the new Kumho KR21 tire?07 Aug 2007 23:26 GMT2
Need a decent tire without spending too much (don't we all).
Something brough my attention to Kumho so I did a lot of searching on them.
Hard to find an objective opinion. People either love 'em or hate 'em, there
doesn't seem to be any middle ground.

I am looking for a Ford newsgroup, where it is likely one can see
issues relating to older models like XY's of 1971 vintage. This
one seems almost dead. Hello! Anyone listening there? <g>
At the moment I would like to chat about the possibility of

I am needing new rear tires on my 1986 Ford F150 two wheel drive. I live in
Iowa so we get a sufficient amount of snow in the winter. I am wanting a
good all weather radial with good traction in the winter if that is
possible.

Motor Trend and E-8506 Aug 2007 15:59 GMT9
I'm looking at the September issue of MotorTrend.  There's an article titled
"Gas Pump Pain Relief, Chevy's excellent alternatives to high fuel bills."
Within the first four paragraphs, there are a lot of weird assertions by the
author, and I want to hear from you smart guys ...

2003 Taurus dim passenger headlight and no high beam06 Aug 2007 03:07 GMT2
Thought the bulb was bad so replaced and the passenger headlamp is
very dim.  In low beam it's getting a little over 3 volts and in high
beam mode 0 volts.  Is there a headlight control module or relay that
I should inspect next?  If so, where is it located?  There are three
