I have a 2002 Ford Taurus with V6. My radiator fluid keeps going low

I just purchased a 06' Focus back in July and I was curious if the
2006 models were still OBDll or have they already gone to CAN

The battery light has started flickering on on my Taurus, a 99 with 140k

I have a 2005 Escape and a 2005 Explorer.  On both cars, the left fog
light lens is broken.  The manual says to have dealer replace them.
