I've got an Escort van that runs too cool. If it idles on a warm day it warms up to midway on the temp dial. But as soon a I drive off it cools down. Thermostat changed twice. No garage will take it on - any suggestins gratefully recieved.

I have found a 1996 ford ranger XLT 4 cylinder, 5 speed, one owner with 105k mules.Owner says truck is in good condition and the interior is above average. He has replaced brakes and said he had a couple og freeze plugs replaced and they did the timing belt while they doing that.
