the mufflers on my '94 Tbird. Mufflers threaten to rust out.
Is this normal? If so, why didn't they do stainless exhaust components?
Any way to keep mufflers from rusting out?

I bought a pair of Silverstar bulbs a year or so ago.  I work 2nd shift

escort rear alternator bearing replacement question20 Mar 2008 22:22 GMT3

there was a fiber washer right behind the slip ring, in front of the
bearing, and one behind the bearing, under the sheet metal dust cap.
I put them back in, but not sure if I needed them or not.
