We have a 2003 Ford Explorer XLT and one of the door
sensors has been causing the dash light to come on.
I think it is the driver's door and suspect (guessing) it
may be a bad ground.

My ex-wife has a 1995 f150 that has a gas pedal that sticks. I told her to
drive in and get the cable replaced but she looked at it and thinks that she
can change it.
My question is... is this something easy to do?

As my poor rusty puppy truck approaches 300K I am, preparing for a
rebuild. Like to remove all smog, remove/replace nigtmare 2150 carb,
remove/ replace distibhuter with mech advanced, and redo heads with
something that does not leak/burn oil.....ad infinitum

It`s a sweaking sound as the motor is running. Maybe a belt tinioner ? It
seems to be getting loader. Anyone have any ideas on what it is and how much
to fix ?

What is involved in changing the oil pan gasket on an 89 Mercury? A friend
took his Merc to a garage to have the oil pan gasket replaced, and was
quoted 5 hours labor, partially due to the removal of the exhaust system in
order to replace the pan gasket.

Hi All - Having a problem:
In park, all is fine. I can rev the engine to 4k, smooth as silk. in
drive, however, it idles fine, really rough under load. Hearing a
popping sound sometimes during acceleration. When up to speed, seems
