2003 Ford Taurus Transmission Fluid Temperature14 Jun 2008 02:53 GMT2
I have been having issues with my Taurus.  No physical symptoms, other
than an occasional Tranny Warning light flashing (Gear with ! on
dash).  It never seems to happen when the tranny guy has the vehicle
connected to his computer monitor and there are no stored codes for

Ford Taurus09 Jun 2008 14:41 GMT2
I think the problem with my car is that I hit a rock and it ended up
somewhat pinching my exaust pipe before it gets to the muffler.  I was
wondering if it was normal to have a sound coming out of there and
about how much would the repair cost.  Thanks.

2008 New 'Mondeo' Diesel engine - re-fuelling problems08 Jun 2008 23:03 GMT2
3 weeks old and only filled up the fuel tank 3 times... but it takes about
25 - 30 minutes to put between 50 and 60 litres of diesel into the tank as
the fuel nozzle continually cuts out every 2 seconds or so. Tried different
fuel pumps at various fuel stations hundreds of miles ...
Hey, Bush! What's That Great Sucking Sound?  30,000 Jobs, $3 Billion     Ford Plant -- To Mexico?08 Jun 2008 03:20 GMT17
Maybe the new Ford "Global Car" plant slated to open in Mexico City in
2010 will stem some of the illegal immigration into the U.S.
Maybe -- more likely -- the plant and its jobs will help reduce the
U.S. unemployment rate!  (haw!)
Ranger stress crack in windshield06 Jun 2008 21:07 GMT4
I've got a 08 Ranger that developed a stress crack on the lower center
part of the windsheild.  It runs more or less horizontal a few inches
from the bottom.   I went to the local Ford dealer and he claims it
was a rock chip that spread and wants $450 for a replacement.  There's
Door open alarm oddity06 Jun 2008 01:58 GMT4
I have another question about the '95 winstar.  It does a very odd
electrical thing.  At times it will insist there is a door open and the
beeper will sound until the vehicle reaches a certain speed.  The beeping
noise does also appear to be tied to whether the headlights are on ...
Replacing front wheel bearing '95 winstar05 Jun 2008 23:23 GMT4
I am looking to replace this on my father's van.  All I have found available
so far is just the bearing itself, not the whole hub like I expected.  Do I
need to press the bearing in/out?  I suspect so but would like to know
before I get into it.  Thanks
New or Used Mustang?05 Jun 2008 23:04 GMT3
What would you call a better bang for the buck? A new mustang for
$30,000 or used one for $1500. I'm trying to figure out if I came out
better with customizing my own car or should I have went with the
comfortable seats pretty design and new car smell.
