I just read that the new 2009 Toyota Corolla will get 34 mpg. However I just read A ford Advertisement that says the Focus gets 50 mpg. How can that be ? As well, another advertisement that says 36 mpg for the Ford Taurus 2008 model. Obviously the numbers don't mean

Saw an interesting article on the front page of this morning's Sunday paper about the 2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid. Didn't even know it existed. Looking at cars.com, edmunds.com, consumer reviews are very positive, with people getting an average of 30-35 MPG city/hwy/mixed.

I've been dealing with this horrible headrest for a couple of years now and just can't deal with how uncomfortable it is because of its being too far forward, without the ability to adjust forward/back. Could anyone recommend a better headrest that is not pitched too far

I have a 1970 Ford County Sedan with an FE 390 2V. There is a baffle underneath the intake manifold which is attached by what appears to be rivets. I can tell there is quite a bit of gunk in there and I want to clean it. Are there any tips to getting the baffle off?

'94 TBird 4.6, 68k easy mi. When I start it in the morning, I hear a very hi-pitched whine/squeal from area of motor while car is parked. Gone when motor is fully warm. Been going on for quite some time.
