Door latch lube28 Feb 2009 23:05 GMT4
I have had some issues with ford Taurus door latches sticking.
I have two doors on my 93 wagon stuck shut, and
my 97 last night when it was cold, would not latch shut.
I tied the door shut to get home last night, but it seems to

96 Escort Clutch Replacement27 Feb 2009 03:16 GMT1
My brother and I are planning on replacing the clutch on my 96 Escort
1.9L.  Chilton mentions installing installing transaxle plugs
(T88C-7025-AH) between the differential side gears to avoid
misalignment.  Is this part mandatory for this job or are they just
2004 F-150 5.4L Fuel Trim Question, P042027 Feb 2009 03:13 GMT1
Hey All,
Picking up a P0420 code lately.  With only 62,000 miles on the OD I'm
not ready to have a catalytic converter replaced.  Checking the fuel
trim, I have about 20 frames of live data I picked up with my ODB2
Automatic Trannys - Vote Flush or No Flush?26 Feb 2009 01:59 GMT34
This question applies to trannys in general but I wanted both groups to
throw their opinions and experiences together.  I got 86K miles on an 01'
Escort and its foaming a little and it has slipped twice.  I think the fluid
is contaminated somehow.  Does anyone know if Ford ...
Ford Ranger Dumped yet?24 Feb 2009 13:08 GMT8
Just wondering if the rumors finally came true that ford is dumping the
ranger?
Discontinuing the 3.0L was the best idea yet.  Why waste money on having
3 engines in the truck?  No fuel economy gains using a 3.0 vs a 4.0.
1967 models look up to date in "The Invaders"24 Feb 2009 03:16 GMT15
The matchless quality sci-fi tv series, The Invaders" Seasons One and Two
is now available in its entirety on DVD. These pictures were produced
c.1967/68. My family thoroughly enjoys watching these exciting episodes.
While most of the cars and to a lesser extent, the trucks, appear ...
98 Windstar question22 Feb 2009 01:36 GMT9
I have a '98 windstar with about 100K miles.  Lately it has had a few
intermittant problems starting/idling.
1.  No error codes reported
2.  When temperatures lower than (-5F), runs real rough and idles real slow

2008 Fusion -  pop in speakers when brake applied17 Feb 2009 03:00 GMT7
Has anyone had this problem?

radio on FM and you put on the brake. Volume
has to be in the 2 to 3 bar range to hear the noise.
F150 Brakes16 Feb 2009 01:16 GMT5
