2002 ford taurus, it's got p225 60 R16 tires on it now and need to
replace the front 2 tires only. Is if safe/proper to go ahead and
replace the 2 front tires with the size that is on the car now?

The drivers side door on my Ford Escort is utterly jammed. Have the
inner door trim removed, so can access some, and have managed to bend
the plastic lock cover back to feel the workings of the assembly.
The door latch actuator in the door panel is fine, and the door opens
