It's been explained to me that these days the new cars are requiring a 5W30 or a 10W30, and I think some might even require a 5W20, but I don't know which cars those are. My question is, are the older guidelines for single grade oils pretty much the same: sae 30 for temperatures ...

There is a couple brands of Car starters for sale in the paper. The ProStart and BullDog brands. They are both at the same price of $50.00 and look to be what want. I have put the prostart brand in cars before... about 9 years go though!

Anyone know whether the ignition key for a Vibe has the embedded resistor (anti-theft..) of regular GM models? The manual suggests that it does, but everything else is Toyota Matrix which I don't think does. I'd rather not have to go to the dealer for a replacement 2nd set ($$$), ...

These are questions about a 1994 Buick LeSabre Custom edition. 1. In the wood trim on the right side of the steering wheel near the HVAC controls, there are nine holes in the shape of a square. What is this, and is there any purpose?
