The idle on this engine is high. My shop mechanic says it is the gasket between the tbi and air intake. I replaced it and see no difference. Any other ideas? tia

I have just leased a 2005 GMC Canyon Crew Cab. My problem relates to the Accessory Power Outlets (cigarette lighter slots) located under the heater. There are two and they both have a protective cap.

I need to change the serpintine accessory belt on my 1998 Olds Delta 88 ( FWD 3.8 V6 ) . My Haynes manual is not clear on this ( right side motor mount ) . Can I support the engine just remove the center bolt or remove the lower motor mount bolts from the chassis or what ? - thanks

Hi, can someone tell me if there is a know water leak spot on the Grand Am's. Mines a 93 and I have a couple of inches of water on the passenger side. Yet I can not see any leaks coming in at the door or windows. Any help would be appreciated.

My cousin had his 1991 Cavalier 2.2 parked at a friends for a few months. He went to start the car the other day but it wouldn't crank. I tested the battery for him and it was ok. I gave him a starter that I had and he installed it today. No crank again. I tested the battery again ...

I have a 1994 Buick regal and only one cooling fan will kick on when the engine gets hot. I have tried turning the defrosters on and the air to see if they both kick on but only one will.

My Cadillac has started high pitched whining upon acceleration, increasing in pitch with higher rpm. This occurs even with a/c off and in park as well. My car is getting excellent gas mileage, and the computer does not indicate anything is wrong. Is this serious?
