Could you tell me, in replacing the left rear ABS wheel sensor,does the
hub assembly have to be removed, or can it be removed from the back ?

I have a 1986 chevy caprice wagon, with a 305 in it that I got a while
back - having problems with it dieseling - gets poor gas mileage - and
the idle it way to high on it.

Can anyone explain to me the transmission in my '05 Impala?  It's a
base model with the 3400.  Transmission just feels odd... there's four
gear positions on the shifter but I feel four shifts up then if I'm on
the highway and apply really light throttle it kind of slowly drops the

Here's an embarassing one: I recently worked on the A/C in my wife's
'98 Lumina. In the course of the repair I ended up having to remove the
air cleaner box to get access to the low-side port; and I also removed
the caps on both a/c ports.

I have a 1989 Buick Electra Park Avenue. The belt came off while going down
the highway, and parts of it was tangled up in the crankshaft pulley. Well,
the car died and now will not start again. The belt has been replaced, as

I have a venture 2002 that is only getting 22 gpm (should be 26gpm).    My
tire are in good shape and have enough air.    What else can I check to
improve mileage?    I don't want to spend big bucks for replacing sensors.

I have a 1990 LeSabre with 215K miles. The last two times I have changed the
oil the first time I crank the car up to drive it off of the ramps the
engine knocks like there is no oil but as soon as the oil pressure builds up
there is no knocking. It only knocks for a second or two. ...

I have a 1996 Chevy Lumna sedan with 130.000 miles. The engine light is
on and my scanner reades P0401. All othere checks are ok.
The car runs fine. Some causes could be excessive backpressure. How

1999 Venture extended van - Thursday the van started to lunge every
time the transaxle would shift.  There is also a whirring sound coming
from below the vehicle while the van is moving between gears.  I drove

I need the T shaped fitting that connects directly between the AC
dryer and the refrigerant hose.  The fitting has a connection for the
rear AC hose.  It appears to be aluminum.  The van is a 93 Chevy G20,
