when coming to a stop with the brake applied there is a knocking sound
underneath the front end that seems to go faster the harder you press
the brake, any ideas as to what this might be? I've been told possibly
ball joints or cv joints, but i really dont  think its the cv's  ...

I need some info on how to hoop up my trailer harness to the
brake/riding/turn signal lights.
Anyone done this and where is the easiest access point to splice and

I have a weird problem with a 92 Caprice. I am getting low air volume from
ALL vent positions (ac/max/heat etc). The temp lever works fine.
I am also getting frosting on the A/C evaporator which indicates to me
that I am not getting airflow on the evaporator itself.

Just wondering, on this vehicle, a 1993 GMC Jimmy with 4x4, automatic
transmission, and electronic transfer case, when in 2wd mode, is it rear
wheel drive or front?

Anyone know how to change these without removing the headlight brackets?  
This is the only way I can see to get to them--remove the sealed beam
light, then the bracket for the headlight.  I can do this, but it would
mean reaiming afterwards.  Is there a better way to get these ...

Is anyone able to tell me if these two vehicles have the same
transmission in them? We have a 91 Astro with a nice tight engine and
transmission but the body has been crunched beyond reasonable repair

Can anyone help... I have a 1998 Chevy Cavalier 2.0 sedan, which has an
electrical short in the ignition system. I have had the recall done, I

I have a 2000 Cavalier 2.2ltr Automatic. The problem is that when I turn the
car left or right, I can hear and feel the steering wheel vibrate.Happens
while turning the wheel in the driveway or when driving around town. At idle

About a month ago the oil pressure gage in our 90 Bonneville SSE starte
a trend downward from the normal 3/4 mark. Within a couple of days, i
wouldn't go above the 1/4 mark, and at engine speeds below 1500 RPMs i

Occasionally my wife has complained that the tranny in our '01 Suburban
1500 4x4 will not go into reverse.  It is an intermittent problem and
she has to shift from park to reverse several times to get it to
engage.

I have a Violet hose laying on the floor of the passenger side of my 92
Caprice and according to the FSM it connects to the vacuum reservoir so
all I have to do is re-connect it.
Sounds easy doesn't it?
